    3. own a Toyota vehicle registered in their personal name (not a business name) (Toyota Vehicle), that has undergone an Eligible Service during the Promotion Period.
    Verification Requirements Entries will be verified by the Promoter using the Toyota Repair Order related to their Toyota Genuine Service.
    Eligible Dealer All Toyota dealerships in Victoria and Tasmania and, in New South Wales, Deniliquin Toyota and Lungsdin Toyota.
    Entry Procedure To automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    1. book a ‘Toyota Genuine Service’ to be completed at an Eligible Dealer for their Toyota Vehicle either online at www.toyota.com.au/mytoyota, via the myToyota Connect app, or via the online service booking page for the relevant Eligible Dealer (an Eligible Service); and 
    2. pay for and have the Eligible Service completed at an Eligible Dealer and receive a copy of the Toyota Repair Order for that Eligible Service.
    Maximum Number of Entries You may enter multiple times but will only receive one entry per Eligible Service completed and paid for and per Toyota Vehicle.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

    There will be one digital random draw conducted for this promotion, taking place using randomdraws.com.au™ (TPAL Electronic Draw System) a service by Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd (TPAL®), ACN 601 297 330
    At the end of the Promotion Period, every eligible entry will be placed in the random draw and one prize winner will be chosen at random from all eligible, valid, and complete entries received. The first valid entry drawn randomly will win the Major Prize.  The next 10 valid entries will each win a Minor Prize.

    Notification of Winners Winners will be notified by email, by telephone and on the internet within 7 days of determination.
    Publication Details Winners will have their first name initial, last name and postcode published on www.toyota.com.au/winahilux for at least 28 days.
    Prize Claim Date 11 January 2027. Winners must claim their prize by following the steps shared with them when notified that they are a winner,
    Additional Terms – Prize Toyota Digital Gift Card: All Toyota Digital Gift Cards awarded are valid until the Toyota Digital Gift Card expiry date specified on the Toyota Digital Gift Card and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. The Promoter is not liable for any Toyota Digital Gift Card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded. The Toyota Digital Gift Card is redeemable only at participating Toyota dealerships (including an Eligible Dealer) and cannot be used online.

     

    Vehicle: The Major Prize includes 12 months’ registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months’ 3rd party compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Major Prize depends upon the winner and their location. All optional extras and accessories, comprehensive insurance and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of the Major Prize is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Major Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory in the which the winner elects to register the Major Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. The colour of the Major Prize vehicle will subject to availability. By entering, you acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may substitute the Major Prize vehicle for an equivalent vehicle in a different colour, based on availability, provided that the substitute vehicle is of equal or greater value to the Major Prize vehicle. The Promoter will promptly update the winner of any such change. The Major Prize vehicle will be available for collection from the Toyota dealership nominated by the Promoter near the winner’s place of residence. The Major Prize vehicle’s value is up to $74,144 given at the opening date of the Promotion Period and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any change in value.
    Privacy The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information directly or indirectly (including through the Promoter’s agents or contractors) in order to conduct the Promotion (including awarding the prize) and may share entrants’ personal information with third parties as required by law, related entities in the OneToyota Network, or service providers for this purpose. If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to enter the Promotion.

    Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at www.toyota.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. This Policy includes more details about how entrants can access or correct their information, how to make a privacy complaint and how that complaint will be dealt with.     The OneToyota Network is comprised of authorised Toyota dealers in Australia, the Promoter, Toyota Finance Australia Limited, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia Pty Ltd trading and Toyota Western Australia.

    Use of entrants’ personal information to promote the promotion: The Promoter may also use entrants’ personal information in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional materials associated with the promotion and may request entrants’ consent to use their name and image.
  • Conditions of Entry
    1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.  Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). 
    2. Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
    3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
    4. Eligibility to enter the Promotion is subject to the Entry Restrictions.
    5. Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and those of any agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with this Promotion and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.
    6. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Promotion Period. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, misdirected, ineligible or illegible/inaudible entries (including lost, stolen, forged, defaced or damaged proof of entry or things required by the Verification Requirements). The Promoter and/or its representatives may conduct security and/or verification checks (including enforcement of the Verification Requirements) in their absolute discretion to determine the bona fides of an entrant’s eligibility to enter the Promotion. Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid. All valid entries selected to win a prize will be provided with a prize.
    7. Where an entry is deemed invalid (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion) prior to the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may determine a new winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
    8. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    9. All entries and the content contained in those entries become the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be permitted. Entries will not be returned by the Promoter. The Promoter may use, and may disclose in any newspaper, advertisement, publication, media statement or other general and promotional material, any materials entrants provide in relation to the competition for the Promoter’s promotional and business purposes.
    10. Entries must be received by the Promoter and will be deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Online, SMS and other electronic entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt into the promotion database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
    11. If a Prize is awarded by draw, the prizes draw(s) will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win a Prize. If a winning entry is invalid, that entry will be disregarded and the prize will be awarded by drawing the next valid entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
    12. Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners and Publication Details. Winners’ names and State/Territory of residence will be published as specified in the Schedule. The Promoter and the companies and agencies associated with this Promotion may also publish the name and State/Territory of the winners on their website(s).
    13. The Prize(s) is/are specified in the Prize Details. The Prize(s) is/are subject to any Prize Restrictions, Additional Terms or any other restrictions specified in the Schedule. The Total Prize Pool is specified in the Schedule.
    14. The Prizes and/or parts of the Prize(s) is/are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless the prize is cash). If a Prize, or an element of a Prize, is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for that prize, or element of it, subject to the approval of any relevant authority. The Promoter and its representatives will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
    15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
    16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telecommunications network or lines, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise, injury or damage to entries or to participants’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Promotion. If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including due to any technical or communications problems, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to approval from any relevant authority.
    17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any entrant who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with, the entry process or the Promotion. Entrants can enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries. Entries must be submitted separately and each entry must individually meet the Entry Requirements and be subject to the Entry Restrictions. Automatically- or computer-generated entries will not be accepted.
    18. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and/or prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion or a prize event/activity if the entrant:
      1. disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another entrant or potential entrant of, or anyone else associated with, this Promotion; or
      2. engages in conduct in relation to this Promotion which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter’s goodwill or reputation.
    19. The Promoter and its agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (other than as caused by the Promoter’s negligence) relating to this Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
    20. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any law (including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
    21. The entrant acknowledges that there may be inherent risks involved in entering this Promotion or taking or participating in the Prize(s).  Any entrant, prize winner and/or participants in a Promotion event may be required to sign an acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability for participation in the Promotion or a prize event and to expressly acknowledge that entry into this Promotion or participation in a Promotion event or Prize may be inherently dangerous, and that if they choose to participate they will do so at their own risk.
